I will wait here as long as I can, making myself as small as possible in the darkness. My bare skin against the wall. I stripped down to my underwear and hid. Anything I did didn’t seem right. Did didn’t. What more can a girl do, really, than be honest. But to be insulted. A girl will cry. I don’t know what I want, or what I feel. I can’t explain that. But until I know, I will sit here. I will wait here in the dark until I feel alive again.
